Clothing ribbons

Cleaning ribbon art. 111 112 is producing in width 12mm on shuttle looms in material composition 62% cotton and 38% viscose. The ribbon is offering in colours according to mentioned colour sheet on adjustment 50mtr rolls. The ribbon is intended for cleaning of garment and tetiles, also found using in drycleaner as marking ribbon.

We offer white and black as standard colors, other colors from the VA-B color chart are available only while stocks last. Upon agreement with the sales department, it is possible to substitute colors in 100% cotton ribbon dr. 111 019 in width 12 mm, which is manufactured on needle looms.

Acetat national ribbon art. 112 451 is producing up to maximal width 100mm. Yearly we offer from stock for free sale Czech and Slovak national ribbon in width 50, 70 and 100mm on adjustment 10mtr bundles.

After agreement with our business department, we can produce any colour combination selected from our mentioned colour sheet of material „Barevnice acetátového hedvábí A, B“ in Photo gallery. Ribbons can be delivered with finishing and in form Moiré, but than ribbon from this material loses its natural shine and Moiré is not so brisk.

Acetat national ribbon art. 112 522 is producing only in width 150mm, it comes in form Moiré and using for wreath binding intended for Adminission Days and state funerals. Yearly we offer from stock for free sale only Czech and Slovak national ribbon on adjustment 60mtr rolls.

After agreement with our business department, we can produce any colour combination selected from our mentioned colour sheet of material „Barevnice acetátového hedvábí A, B“ in Photo gallery in minimum producing quantity 2-5 000mtrs.

For underwear bows is used our taffeta ribbon art. 117 236 in width 06mm, the ribbon is made in plain weave and bows are hand-tying. They are used as decorations and mostly stitched on underwear.

The colours from mentioned colour sheet are availabled on stock for free sale on adjustment 100pcs in polybags. Bows can be produced by order in all colours, whose are mentioned in colour sheet of art. 117 236.

Rep tag in width 07mm is availabled yearly on stock in colour white and black on adjustment 100mtr papier´s spools. Other colours from mentioned colour sheet we can produce on order after agreement with our business department. The ribbon is used as a loop to clothes and garments, but also sometimes just a decorative element.

Polypropylene national ribbon 117 309 is produced only in Swedish combination up to max. width of 70 mm. This is only a custom manufacturing . Ribbons cannot be delivered with finishing and in form Moiré.

Polyester national ribbon art. 117 411 is producing up to maximal width 40mm. Yearly we offer from stock for free sale Czech and Slovak national ribbon in width 10, 20 and 30mm on adjustment 10mtr bundles.

Men´s grosgrain ribbon art. 122 339 is classicaly producing on shuttle looms in material composition 35% cotton and 65% polyamide in widths 09, 11, 14, 18, 22, 27, 32, 38, 45 and 52mm. The ribbon is offering in colours raw and black on standard adjustment 50mtr rolls.

Lady´s grosgrain ribbon art. 122 340 is classicaly producing on the shuttle looms in material composition 50% cotton and 50% polyamide only in width 27mm. The ribbon is offering in colours raw and black on standard adjustment 50mtr rolls.

 

Another width can be produced according to request.

Acetat cordon ribbon art. 122 814 is produced only for order and they are not avaliable on stock for free sale. Ribbon is producing in width 05, 10, 12, 16, 22, 25, 27, 32, 38, 45 and 60mm. Minimum quantity for production is 900mtr, that can be divided into 3 single cordons 300mtr each. Producing ribbons are delivered with a tolerance +/- 10% from ordered quantity on adjustment 25mtr rolls.

Lady´s grosgrain ribbon art. 127 401 is producing on the needle looms from 100% polyester in widths 22, 27, and 37mm. The ribbon is offering in colours according to mentioned colour sheet on 10mtr bundles and 50mtr rolls.

Strip for trousers in width 14mm is woven in reps weave with rolled edge on one side of ribbon. The colours from mentioned colour sheet are availabled on stock for free sale on adjustment 25mtr bundles. The ribbon serves as a protection against damage of the  trouser-leg hemline.

Ticking ribbon art. 167 906 is producing only raw in width 16mm and in material composition 73% polyester and 27% cotton. The ribbon is made in plain weave  with binding pattern, where is at regular intervals carried stronger weft , which creates the loops on the one edge. The ribbon is most offen used  for lacing of pillow and duvet slips, We offer on adjustment 50mtr bundles.

 

Polyester curtain ribbon art. 197 112 is producing only raw in width 20mm on shuttle looms. After sewing the ribbon drapes curtain and on undeside makes loops for hang-up. Ribbon is offering on adjustment 50mtr bundles.

Velvet ribbon art. 197 952 is producing on needle looms in material composition polyamide and viscose in widths  05, 09, 16 and 25mm. The ribbon is offering in colours according to mentioned colour sheet.
